Abstract
To study the combined effect of biochar, vermicompost, and mineral fertilizers, the field experience was laid for restoring the fertility of degraded mountain luvi-endocalcic Kastanozem of the South Kazakhstan region. To study the joint effect of biochar, vermicompost and mineral fertilizers on the restoration of degraded lands, a field experiment consisting of 10 variants was made. The repeatability of each option is threefold. Location of plots in the experiments is systematic. The plots’ size is 3mx2m = 6m2. The shape of the plot is rectangular. The space between plots is 0.5 m. Experiment was set-up in late April 2013 according to the scheme on degraded hayfield under the gardens, located on the mountain luvi-endocalcic Kastanozem. Also this work includes research results of the first 8 variants of study. To determine the amount of physiological groups of microorganisms, standard microbiological methods were used. samples were collected 90, frequency of sampling 3 times. The results showed that use of biochar for phytoemeliorants increases their fertility, especially in the second year of aftereffect. At the same time, its effect is especially increased with combined use of organomineral fertilizers. Although some indicators of experience have conflicting results.
