Abstract
Мақалада зерттеу нəтижесінде тік кептіргіштегі жеміс пен көкөністерді кептіру кезеңдегі жылу балансының материалының сапасын сақтау жəне оны өңдеу мөлшері келтірілген/ The article shows the thermal balance in vertical type of solar dryer for drying of fruits, vegetables and medicinal herbs. Shown the importance of the thermal balance in the dryer for plant products which affect the quality of the drying as well as the capacity of solar dryer.
