Abstract

Data on a degree of the causative agents of the emergent food zoonotic diseases in animals, animal origin products, and environmental objects are given in this article. The results of the research have shown that the largest prevalence of the causative agents of emergent infections is in the poultry (38%), in the meat and meat products (36%), and in the milk products (31%). The emergent pathogens have been found in the washings from equipment, workers' hands, and feeds.
